Done-for-You CIM
$2,000+
A complete Confidential Information Memorandum — the document serious buyers need to evaluate your business. Written from your financials, operational details, and market position. Includes SDE Cleanup Report. Priced by complexity. All you need to be able to go to market.
Who these services are for
- Small business owners with at least $250K in annual revenue
- Planning to sell in the next 3 to 18 months
- Want to sell directly, without paying a 10% broker commission
- Willing to do the work a sale requires — or willing to hear honestly if the business isn't ready yet
